We want you to feel confident enrolling. If a course isn't the right fit, here's how refunds work.

Courses — 14-day money-back guarantee

Every course comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If a course isn't right for you within 14 days of purchase, email hello@marenhousellc.com with "refund" in the subject line — no forms, no surveys — and we'll issue a full refund.

Mentoring

Mentoring sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused, pre-paid sessions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If your first session isn't valuable, it's free.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Mentoring sessions that have already taken place.
• Products explicitly marked as non-refundable at checkout.
